Terms of service
These terms govern the purchase of translation services through agenciatraducciones.net.
Quotes
The price shown by this website’s calculator is a guide, based on the document’s word count. Your project manager sends you the final quote, with the price before and after VAT, after reviewing the documents.
Ordering and payment
The contract is formed when you accept the final quote. Your project manager will send you the payment options; work starts once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are counted in working days from payment confirmation and receipt of all documents. Paper delivery adds shipping time.
Liability
We translate the document as provided. Acceptance of the translation by the receiving authority depends on its own requirements, so we recommend stating them when you request a quote so that we can check them.
Right of withdrawal
As this is a personalised service that begins with your consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the translation has started (art. 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
