Translations for studying or working abroad

Universities, scholarships, Erasmus, professional associations and foreign employers ask for your degrees and transcripts in their language. We help you choose the translation they will accept, without paying more than you need to.

Sworn or official?

Many universities in the UK, Ireland or the United States accept an official (certified) translation, which is more affordable. Others, and many authorities in France, Italy or Germany, prefer a sworn translation. Tell us where you will submit it and we will tell you which one you need.

Common documents

  • Degree certificate and European Diploma Supplement (often already bilingual, so no translation is needed).
  • Personal academic transcript with your grades.
  • Letters of recommendation and internship certificates.
  • Upper secondary school (bachillerato) certificates and university entrance grade.

Documents in Catalan

If your university has issued your certificates in Catalan, we can translate them directly from Catalan into English or other languages with a sworn translator appointed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya), without going through Spanish.

Legalisation

Some countries also require the apostille on the Spanish degree. We tell you whether that applies to you and in what order to do it.

How much does it cost?
